Фильм посвящён первым шагам человечества на пути освоения космоса и непосредственно судьбе первого космонавта Ю. А. Гагарина. Основной лейтмотив — борьба за право быть первым: соревнование в первом отряде космонавтов; конкуренция технологий в ракетостроении; противостояние сверхдержав — СССР и США.
В первый отряд космонавтов отбирали из трёх тысяч лётчиков-истребителей по всей стране. В легендарную двадцатку попали лучшие из лучших. Кто из них полетит первым, не знал никто. На этом пути пришлось бороться не только с земным притяжением…

This is all of my footage of the tornado that occured close to Capitol, Montana on June 28th, 2018. We witnessed the incredible sight as this supercell developed and went on to produce multiple tornadoes. The Capitol tornado was the largest and strongest, thankfully there were no injuries reported this day and only minor damage to some farm equipment.

Police chased a driver across Houston roads for more than 30 minutes over the lunch hour, with at least a half dozen patrol cars in pursuit.

An officer performed a PIT maneuver in east Houston, sending the pickup over a curb in front of a Burger King on Broadway at Lawndale. The driver then quickly got out of the vehicle and surrendered to police.

Its unclear what prompted the chase that began just before noon.

Large amounts of rough rock debris tumble down and accumulate at the foot of the mountain. Fine material is blown away by the wind and is stratified in certain areas, forming heaps or earth-mounds. These mounds can remain stable for thousands of years. Then comes the fateful day, however, on which the inner stability of a mound is disturbed, and gigantic masses of debris and mud careen downhill: These peaceful mounds then become deadly landslides. The causes differ: heavy rainfall, melting ice, deforestation, earthquakes.
